    SALON POLICIES

    • Cancelation
    At L'amor salon, our trained professional are here to provide you with the best service possible. As a courtesy to them , we require a 24-hour cancelation notice .
    * "No shows" will be charged 20% of your scheduled service. This charge will apply to your next appointment with us.

    • Services Guarantee
    We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within 7 days after they were performed. Redo appointment may be schedule at anytime within the first week, thereafter only with the use of recommended at-home care products. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Stylist will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of at-home care products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

    • Returns
    All retail products purchased are final sale. Defective items will gladly be exchanged within 15 days of purchase date. After 15 days, item may be warranted through manufacturer. We do not re-sell returned products.
